Bean to Bar, With Purpose
We work directly with whole cacao beans and control every step of the process. Being bean to bar means we oversee sourcing, roasting, grinding, and crafting. Our beans are kept 100% natural and not subjected to chemical processes such as alkalization, which allows us to preserve more of cacao’s natural nutritional value rather than stripping it away. This is a fundamentally different approach to conventional (industrial) chocolate making.
