Our crushed dark chocolate pieces are made from just 2 ingredients - our roasted cacao beans and low GI organic coconut sap sugar. They are the perfect healthy chocolate to use in all baking and desserts, as dessert garnish, terrific for snacking or as an indulgent hot chocolate.

These un-tempered chocolate pieces are crushed coarsely and they range from fine dust/1mm-10mm in size with a shelf life of 24 months. Each chocolate batch is handmade and organically crushed, so no two bags will look exactly alike. This variation is part of the charm of the process and reflects the authenticity of our craft.
